• Our online catalogue allows you to view our extensive range from anywhere in the world, at any time of day. This saves you having to visit dozens of showrooms and browse through hundreds of catalogues

• Our prices include VAT and delivery anywhere in the UK so there are no hidden costs
• We offer a scale of trade discounts depending on the size of your order allowing you to make further savings (see table below)

Terms of Trade

1. All prices displayed on our website include delivery anywhere in the mainland UK and VAT at the prevailing rate.

2. We require payment in full at the time you place your order. Payment can be made either by cheque, bank transfer, cash or by credit/debit card.

The following discounts apply to trade orders:

3. We must be notified within 2 days of delivery if items are received in a faulty or damaged condition. Other than in the case of faulty goods we operate a strict "no returns" policy on trade orders.

4. Orders may be cancelled within 5 days provided the goods are not already in production or dispatched.

5. Where the above Terms of Trade differ from our standard Terms and Conditions, the above Terms of Trade apply. All other Terms and Conditions are as published on our website.
