'A member of your staff assisted me today and I was so impressed with his service that I asked him could I contact his manager to commend him. Michael went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me resolve an issue with an order I had placed with The Bed Shop. His manner is kind, happy and uplifting - even when I rang up annoyed due to a number of complications with my order, his telephone manner calmed me down & I felt I trusted him to resolve the situation - which he did impeccably well! In addition to his excellent telephone manner, I felt he was happy to patiently talk me through all my options to ensure I was happy with my order. Many sales telephonists try to rush customers so they can get their next call / next commission but I never felt this was the case with Michael. Finally, before I spoke to Michael yesterday I was so frustrated with The Bed Shop (due to a number of issues which are now resolved) that I had decided I wouldn’t do the rest of my furniture shopping there. 'I took delivery of the above unit yesterday and would like to compliment you on the time-slot offered (most companies expect you to stay in for a whole day so your 4-hour slot is brilliant) and also on the friendliness and courtesy of your delivery men.
The unit is excellent quality - very sturdy and attractive so just what I wanted and at an excellent price, too. I was delighted that all the diy I was required to do was to attach two door knobs - I was expecting the usual flat-pack.'

Delivery of the furniture was within the time limit stated when I ordered, (the exception rather the rule these days) and was exactly what I ordered. It arrived in good condition with no knocks, rips or tears in the packaging, no defects on the furniture itself, and all the bits in the flat pack coffee tables.
