At The Bed Shop we realise that receiving your order and then realising you have a missing/damaged part or a problem/fault is a massive inconvenience and something which needs to be resolved with the upmost urgency. Although we have plenty of measures in place to prevent this from happening unfortunately sometimes problems do occur. In order for us to resolve the problem quickly and without any further hassle to yourself we kindly require you to complete the below form in full including attaching images which help to portray the problem. As soon as you do so we can act immediately and provide a resolution you will be very satisfied with.

Tips

  • Please ensure you attach images showing the problem otherwise your request will be returned to you as incomplete.
  • Describe the problem in as much detail as possible, the more the better!
  • If your order contains more than one product then please state what product your request is in relation to.
  • When describing the problem please include what you would prefer us to do with regards to a resolution.
  • When replacement parts are required please list the quantity you require and the part number (which you will find on the assembly instructions).
  • If you are just missing a part(s) then obviously there is no need to attach images.
