If you find a better price, tell us and we will match it, then beat it for you - provided:

 The two items must be identical.
 The price must be inclusive of VAT and any additional charges, for example, delivery.
 The item must be brand new and not reconditioned, end of line or returned stock.
 You must provide sufficient information to enable us to verify the price ourselves, for example, the website address.
 The alternative item must currently be available.
 Price promise only applies to goods available in the UK.
 We will not make a financial loss on the order.

If you have found a lower price then please contact our sales team clearly stating the following details:

 The price and details of the product you are interested in purchasing.
 The website of the internet site offering a better price.
 Once the price is verified we will take your order and apply the discount.

If your claim is successful then not only will we beat our competitors price but we will also give you free delivery anywhere in the UK!*

When offering a price promise we have to match the delivery service as well, for example, if we are offering next day delivery and our competitor is offering standard delivery (say within 14 days for example) then your order will be processed on standard delivery. We are willing to send a price match order out on next day delivery but there will be a £30 surcharge for this service. In some cases if you want next day delivery then it may work out cheaper just to order off ourselves to begin with.
